Before Care: 7:30AM - 8:00AM Enter ICS Kindergarten courtyard door (opposite the Gym)
After Care: 3:00PM - 6:00PM Pick up at Door B (in the "tunnel" accessible from the stairs leading to the cafeteria) -
All payments for Before & After Care programs are billed and collected through the Blackbaud system.

-Our School Nurse is not available during aftercare hours. If a child becomes ill during after school hours the parent will be called to come take the child home.
-Medication will not be administered. In the event of a medical emergency staff will call 911 and the parent.
-Aftercare will be in operation some, but not all half days. Please check the school calendar for this information.
-The school must be notified in advance of any changes relating to your child’s pick-up.
-Unfortunately, late fees do apply for late pick-up. Please be punctual.
-Bring a Government issued identification card for pickup. Adults will be asked to show this ID until we get to know you.
-PreK and Kindergarten only should bring a change of clothes to be left in the After Care room. These will be used in the event of an accident.
-Pack a snack and a drink separate from the school snack and lunch.
-Do not pack any electronic devices.
-If your child carries a phone to school the phone must remain turned off and in the schoolbag during After Care. Students will only be allowed to use their phone with permission from a staff member in the event of an emergency,
-Older students carry their personal Chromebooks to and from school and will have these for homework as needed.
- If needed, school Chromebooks will be available when After Care staff approve use for younger students.
-The group will gather in the Cafeteria for snack then regroup in Rooms 104 and 106 for activities such as homework, play, story time, etc. The group will also utilize the courtyard for fresh air and outside activity.
-Please utilize Door B for pick up. This is the door directly ahead of the outside stairs. Ring the bell with the intercom/camera as well as the old-fashioned doorbell. Look for the label “After Care.” Staff will come to the door with the sign out book and your child.
-Once your child is registered in the program, communication will be delivered through the After Care Group in the Bloomz App. Bloomz join code FGJFR4
